Pilates · Posture · Prehab
A Pilates programme for instructors who want to read bodies, not just teach exercises.
Mid-October 2026

Pilates can restore function — but only when you can read what the body needs.

The question

"Why does this feel completely different on the right and left?"

Have you ever had a client ask this — and you weren't quite sure what to say back?

That's what PX3 is built on.

What you'll come away with

By the end of PX3, you'll be able to:

  • Understand your client's imbalances Recognise compensation patterns and trace how each part connects to and influences the rest.
  • Explain the why To your clients, with confidence.
  • Program with intention Choose exercises that address the real pattern, not just the symptom.
  • Modify the same exercise for different bodies So you're not always looking for new exercises.

What you'll work through

Three questions.

01

Why does the same exercise produce different results?

Functional Anatomy · Foot & Core Connection · Core Assessment
By the end of this session, you'll understand how core weakness disrupts whole-body function — and you'll have the tools to recognise it in the body in front of you.
02

How do you read what's happening in a body?

Postural Analysis · Pelvic Asymmetry · Correction Strategy
By the end of this session, you'll read the body through postural analysis — and tell whether what you're seeing starts at the pelvis, or somewhere else entirely.
03

How do you actually change the pattern?

Shoulder Mechanics · Compensation Retraining · PX3 Reformer Application
By the end of this session, you'll trace how compensation patterns travel from the foot and pelvis up into the shoulder — and apply PX3 theory on the reformer to retrain them.

Common questions

Frequently asked

Do I need reformer access between sessions?

No. The framework applies to mat Pilates sessions too — reformer access isn't required for the case studies.

What level of anatomy knowledge do I need?

The muscles covered during the programme will be shared one week before the start, so you'll have time to review. Working knowledge from your initial Pilates training is enough.

Will I get a certification?

A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the programme.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are not recorded. We strongly recommend attending both days — completing the full programme is required for a certificate of completion. Refunds for missed sessions aren't possible.

Is the course conducted in English?

Yes, all sessions are conducted in English.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Full refund up to 30 days before the programme starts. After that, your spot is transferable to the next cohort.
