No. The framework applies to mat Pilates sessions too — reformer access isn't required for the case studies.
The muscles covered during the programme will be shared one week before the start, so you'll have time to review. Working knowledge from your initial Pilates training is enough.
A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the programme.
Sessions are not recorded. We strongly recommend attending all 3 sessions — completing the full programme is required for a certificate of completion. Refunds for missed sessions aren't possible.
Yes, all sessions are conducted in English.
