The question

"Have you ever had a client tell you — one side feels completely different from the other — and not known what to say?"

Pilates has always had the ability to restore function. But it only works when you understand what the body in front of you actually needs. Read the posture. Condition the pattern. Then let Pilates reinforce what should have been there all along.

That's what PX3 is built on.

What it is

A 3-week course for Pilates instructors

PX3 is for instructors who want to understand why the same exercise produces different results in different bodies — or even different results within the same body — and what to do about it.

Who this is for

Instructors with 2+ years of teaching experience

What you'll work through

Three weeks. Three questions.

01
Week One

Why does the same exercise produce different results?

Functional Anatomy · Foot & Core Connection · Core Assessment
By the end of this session, you'll understand how core weakness disrupts whole-body function — and you'll have the tools to recognise it in the body in front of you.
02
Week Two

How do you read what's happening in a body?

Postural Analysis · Pelvic Asymmetry · Correction Strategy
By the end of this session, you'll read the body through postural analysis — and tell whether what you're seeing starts at the pelvis, or somewhere else entirely.
03
Week Three

How do you actually change the pattern?

Muscle Firing Patterns · Compensation Retraining · PX3 Reformer Application
By the end of this session, you'll work through the compensation patterns most common in Pilates clients, and apply PX3 theory on the reformer to retrain them.
